Hotel Tsiga - Gudauri

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, especially Irakli and Jack who were always helpful and efficient. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and there was a great variety to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway, whether you're traveling with family, friends, or as a couple.

the staff was very attentive and friendly. the location was close to the ski lifts, but still required some walking. the food at the restaurant was tasty.

The hotel lacked shuttle service to and from the ski lifts, which made it challenging to get around. There were no pedestrian routes, which made it difficult to travel without taking a taxi or requesting a hotel ride.

The hotel is conveniently located for skiing activities in a stunning alpine area. It's near the ski lift and offers great customer service. Rooms are clean and in excellent condition. the staff goes out of their way to make guests feel at home and the food is very tasty. Board games, friendly atmosphere, and a family-run ambiance add to the experience.

There is no lift on the 3rd floor, which means guests have to walk up after a long day of skiing.

They even drove us to a nearby ski lift a few times free of charge. The facilities were new and clean, and the breakfasts were delicious. We also enjoyed the amazing mountain view from our room.
